KEVIN McCOLLISTER
Born in Ohio (attended Ohio University), lived in Cambridge, MA (Harvard Extension) and worked for many years as a deckhand on the Mississippi River. Kevin came to photography by way of poetry, and explains his style as being "... more Walt Whitman than Ansel Adams. I've only taken a handful of photography classes, never shot film, nor stepped in a darkroom. If the digital sensor had not been invented, you wouldn't be reading this."
East of West LA

is photographing LA—all of it.
