On the road into Cody, Wyoming

Everything's alive and strange, but nothing's happening.

The past disappears as soon as it's present.

We don't know that we exist anymore and we don't know that we don't.

The future starts and stops, adheres to local speed limits for the most part. Not much is made of it one way or another.

If you are alive you'll like living here, and if you're not alive you'll also feel at home.

In this regard Wyoming is like anywhere else in the world, but different.
