Iceland

Iceland's a place the speed of light is still passing through.

One thing Iceland isn't is southern, there's nothing southern about it. One of the southernmost reaches of Iceland contains Vatanjokull, the largest glacial mass in Europe.

Little white churches made of wood appear at the base of fantastic gorges or at the end of endless green fields, as postcards depict.

Almost everything you see in Iceland could make a good bookcover.

There may be more waterfalls than people, and the people are quite beautiful too.

One way of thinking about an island is that the earth is giving itself a gift that might change at any moment.
