The most novel aspect about the TV show, "Girls", is that it's as much about boys as it is about girls. Which is to say that the show, "Girls", is novel at first but much less so as time goes by.

Does anyone agree with me that Susan Rice is sexy? I wish Susan Rice would run for elected office. I admire Judy Woodruff too, the anchorwoman for PBS, though lately I've detected a slight breathing in her speech that makes me believe that she's coming close to the end of her career. I'm sure neither Susan nor Judy would appreciate being seen as sexy, but they are: native intelligence is extremely attractive to a certain way of thinking.

Of the Bill Maher tv show: i'm sorry, I just don't get anything out of it that I don't already know.

My NCAA men's basketball brackets went kaplooee yesterday. Regarding basketball: like life, it's easier to win the first half than it is to win the second. Championship basketball is about how hungry you are, how much you want something, and to admit to yourself that there's absolutely nothing wrong with desperation.
